Can I choose the exact prints?
No. You choose the hat styles, sizes and who each hat is for, and we choose the surprise archive prints.
Can I choose the hat styles?
Yes. You choose the exact mix of available hat styles using the Adventure Pick builder.
Can I choose the sizes?
Yes. You choose a size for every hat. Only sizes currently available will appear in the dropdown.
What does Boy, Girl or Unisex mean?
This helps us choose the most suitable colours and prints from the available archive stock. We use our best judgement when selecting each surprise print.
Why is my preferred size not showing?
If a size is unavailable in a particular hat style, it will not appear as a selectable option.
Why do Swim Hats use two Adventure Picks?
To keep the Adventure Pack pricing balanced across the different hat styles, each Reversible Swim Hat uses two Adventure Picks.
What will my mystery bonus contain?
Your bonus will include genuine Little Renegade accessories from previous collections. The exact items vary, but the total retail value will meet or exceed the amount shown for your pack.
Will I receive duplicate prints?
We aim to avoid duplicate prints within the same pack wherever stock allows, while still matching your selected styles, sizes and preferences.
Can Adventure Packs be returned or exchanged?
Because these packs are specially built using your chosen styles, sizes and preferences, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply if an item is faulty.
What happens if something becomes unavailable after I order?
We will contact you before packing if we cannot fulfil one of your selected options. We will never quietly substitute a different style or size.
