We will gladly accept returns purchased from our online store within fourteen (14) days of delivery and provide you with an online store credit voucher to the value of your original purchase (less postage) or happily exchange the item for another. The products must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, not washed, worn or altered in any way and have the original tags and tickets attached.
Returned items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer once customer has re paid shipping cost. We reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
There are no returns or exchanges on sale items or custom orders unless the product is faulty.
If you are wanting your product exchanged for another, please also include a pre-paid post satchel with your returned item so that we can send your exchange back to you.
Our store credits are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. After the expiration date, we reserve the right to deem any unused credit values null and void. Please ensure that the returned goods are received by us within the appropriate time frame as we reserve the right to refuse any items that are either not returned within the specified time or have not been authorized as a return item. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for return of faulty goods.
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during transit. All products are inspected and wrapped appropriately for protection before leaving our warehouse.

Please also advise us by email that the items are on their way and provide us with the registered or express post tracking number, if applicable.
We do our very best to make sure we have all our inventory correct, If for some reason our numbers are out and we can not fulfil an order we will issue a refund. If we are unable to fulfil an item its always first in first served.
We pride ourselves on providing products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item which was purchased from our online store with a defect or if you feel your item is faulty, please contact us so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault and will need the name used to purchase the product. If we deem the product as faulty, we will give you a solution to repair, refund or exchange the product if it is within three (3) months of purchase.
If a refund is agreed upon, you will be refunded the cost you paid for the product minus any discounts and shipping fees. You will be refunded the same way you paid.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds on sale items or custom orders.
