Can I choose the exact prints?
No. You choose the hat styles, sizes and who you are shopping for, while our team chooses the surprise prints from current Adventure Pack stock.
Why does a Swim Hat use two Adventure Picks?
To keep Adventure Pack pricing balanced across the different hat styles, each Reversible Swim Hat uses two Adventure Picks.
What can the mystery bonus include?
Mystery bonuses are selected from available accessories and may include items such as sunglasses, pencil cases, keyrings or bag tags. The total bonus value will always meet or exceed the amount stated for your pack.
What happens if my preferred size is unavailable?
Only currently available sizes appear in the builder. If a size is sold out for a particular hat style, it will not appear as an option.
Will every hat in my pack be different?
We aim to create a varied mix wherever stock allows. Exact print combinations depend on the styles, sizes and preferences selected.
Can I request particular colours or prints?
No. Adventure Packs are designed as a surprise. You choose the hat styles, sizes and who you are shopping for, while our team selects the prints from available Adventure Pack stock.
Can I return or exchange an Adventure Pack?
Adventure Packs are packed specifically according to your selected hat styles, sizes and preferences. Please choose carefully and review our Returns Policy before ordering. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
