BACKPACKS
Keep backpacks looking fresh
Spot clean first
Wipe marks, mud and spills with a soft damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. Test on a small hidden area first if you’re unsure.
Clean gently — don’t soak
For a deeper clean, work over the surface gently with a soft cloth, cool water and mild soap. Avoid soaking the whole backpack unless the product care label specifically says it is safe.
Avoid machine washing and tumble drying
Washing machines, dryers and soaking can affect padding, structure, straps and protective coatings. After cleaning, open all pockets and air dry naturally in the shade.
HATS & CAPS
Help hats keep their shape
Spot clean gently and protect the shape.
Use a soft damp cloth with cool water and a small amount of mild soap. Avoid soaking structured caps, stiff peaks, logos, trims or specialty materials unless the product care label specifically says it is safe.
Reshape while slightly damp and air dry naturally in the shade. Do not tumble dry or expose the hat to strong direct heat.
SWIM HATS
Rinse after swimming
Fresh water after every swim
Rinse your swim hat in fresh cool water after swimming to help remove chlorine, salt and sunscreen residue.
Gently press out excess water without wringing or twisting, then air dry in the shade. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, high heat and tumble drying.
LUNCH BAGS
Keep lunch bags clean & fresh
Wipe after spills
Use a soft damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap to wipe the insulated lining. Remove crumbs and spills promptly to help prevent odours.
Leave open to air dry
Keep the zip open after cleaning and allow the bag to dry completely before storing or using again.
Skip the washing machine
Machine washing, soaking and tumble drying may damage insulation, structure and zips, so wipe-cleaning is the safest option unless the product care label says otherwise.
LARGE TOTE BAGS
Simple care for everyday use
Wipe clean and avoid harsh cleaners.
Use a soft damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap for marks and spills. Avoid bleach, alcohol-based cleaners, abrasive cleaners and scrubbing tools that may damage the surface.
Do not soak the tote. Allow the bag and wet-bag section to dry fully in the shade before storing.

Dragging bags or hats across concrete, brick or asphalt creates friction that can quickly wear through fabric.
Handles and shoulder straps are made for carrying, not pulling games or swinging loaded bags.
If a bag is difficult to close, rearrange or remove something rather than forcing an overloaded zip shut.
Removing old food, damp items and loose dirt helps keep the inside clean and reduces unnecessary strain.
